
Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott and husband Chris Tyrrell are expecting their first child, the couple announced Friday (Dec. 7) on the band's website. "Chris and I are excited to announce that our Christmas gift has arrived a little early this year!" Scott wrote. "We are having a baby! We feel so blessed!" Scott and Tyrrell, a professional drummer, were married on Jan. 7 during a ceremony in upstate New York. Lady Antebellum's next live performance is set for Dec. 27 during the Belk Bowl in Charlotte, N.C.

Jennifer Nettles and her husband Justin Miller welcomed a son, Magnus Hamilton Miller, on Thursday (Dec. 6). "We are so thankful for all the prayers and support and are excited to take some time together as a new family," the couple said in a statement. This is their first child. Nettles and Miller met when he appeared in Sugarland's music video for "Want To." They were married in 2011 after dating for two years. In related news, Nettles will host CMA Country Christmas, premiering Dec. 20 on ABC.
