Carrie Underwood Carrie Underwood is donating all the proceeds from her recent show in New Jersey to the victims of Superstorm Sandy. People.com reports that she announced on stage at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall that she "wouldn't feel right making any money off" the show, adding that anything she made "is going right back into the community." Underwood has already been giving to the Red Cross since September, donating $1 of every ticket sold on her "Blown Away" tour.
Failure To Communicate: Blake Shelton And Shakira: "The Voice" may need to bring in an interpreter next season. Adam Levine tells "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that Blake Shelton and new coach Shakira can't understand each other's accents. Taping has already begun for next season even with the live rounds going on for the current competition. Shakira is from Colombia. She'll be taking Christina Aguilera's spot.
Miranda Lambert: Miranda Lambert wants to hear more women on country radio. She says she's concerned that there are not more female singers breaking through. For three years in a row, Lambert has been named the Country Music Association female vocalist of the year. She says she kicked the door open and she's going to hold her leg in there for more talented women to follow.
