T.G. Sheppard, who has recorded such No. 1 hits as “Devil in the Bottle” and “Slow Burn,” was admitted to a Nashville-area hospital over the weekend for a bladder infection.  T.G.'s wife, Kelly Lang, released this message through Facebook and a statement: “He was admitted in ICU with a bladder infection that has caused extreme high heart rate. He is very weak and they are trying to keep his heart rate down, but it has been a challenge. Thank you for keeping us in your prayers. Love, Kelly.” No further information is available at this time.
